I maintain a list of email contacts which I use for occasional email news updates about my artistic activities. I store selected contacts for people I have met, worked with or who have expressed an interest in my work. The legal basis under which I do this is the 'legitimate interests' ground in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). I do not share these contacts with anyone else. If you have received an email news update from me, it is because you are on my contacts list. If you would like to review the information I hold on you (usually just email address, name and how I got to know of you), or be removed from my list, please drop me an email (mottlegill@hotmail.com). You can also correct information or restrict how I use it by emailing me.
